Dear parents, guardians,
On 7 July 4pm – 6pm, the summer sports festival will take place at the school. The teachers will organise activities for the first part of the afternoon, and the parents association will take responsibility for activities, and for the buffet from 4pm. Therefore we would like to ask you to enrich this afternoon by contributing food and drink.
We need help to supervise activities and with setting up and serving food, ice cream and drinks. We will start setting up at 13:00. If you can offer an hour between 13:00 and 18:00, we would be grateful for your help.
